Happy 2nd Anniversary to...

My Dear Brother and Sister(in-law)

Their's was the first wedding I was the "official" photographer for.
I made many mistakes, and learned many lessons, but they were patient with me through it all.
I was very glad to have a good friend help me with it.

Now they have the cutest three-month old daughter in the world!

Happy Anniversary!
Love to all three of you!

Rose Alora /Northeast OH

On December 1st, I took pictures of Rose for her Christmas card.
With aunts and uncles to entertain her, she was a very happy little girl.

Here are some of the pictures. There are so many I like, I just decided to post most of them.
Let me know if you have a favorite!

She kept putting her foot on the rim of the basket. It was so cute to watch her!

I love the wonder in this picture!
Someone was holding lights above her.

We were done, but then uncle Micah started to play with her...

She has her Daddy's tongue!

I shot all these in a RAW/JPEG combination, which was really nice because the ones in the basket had horrible lighting that I was able to fix with a couple of clicks on the computer afterwards. (It was so bad, you couldn't really see Rose.)

Hope you enjoyed seeing them! In my opinion, Rose is one of the cutest little girls in the world!

"The wilderness and the solitary place shall be glad for them; and the desert shall rejoice, and blossom as the rose... they shall see the glory of the Lord, and the excellency of our God."

Lilly

"And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin: And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much more clothe you, O ye of little faith?"
Matthew 6:28-30

Smiling at the Sun part 2

"Better is a dinner of herbs where love is, than a stalled ox and hatred therewith."
