Family!

This past spring/early summer, my Grandma R. wanted pictures of the four generation on that side of the family (Rose is the first of, Lord willing, many great grandchildren for them), so here it is!

Then we decided, "Let's add the wives."

Grandparents from both sides, my parents, my brother and his wife, and my niece.

My family that was at home that day with my Grandparents.
And my brothers dog. :)

Mercy Hope

On Monday, Mercy got up about 7:30 and asked Mom if she could put on a pretty dress and have "Hannah take pictures of me like she did to Esther."
So how could I refuse? : )
She picked out the dress, I fixed her hair, I picked the flowers she wanted, and she chose the place.
Here are a few favorites...

Some of her faces are so cute/silly!

In this picture I was asking her where Star (the horse) was, and she was saying "I don't know."

Such a cutie!

*Something I have been thinking about lately*
Some people might pity me because I have 12 siblings.
I don't have what many people have.
I don't even remember having my own room!
But I am so rich in many ways!
I wouldn't trade any of my siblings for anything this world can offer!
I can't even begin to imagine what life would be like without them.
When I go somewhere, they give me hugs, when I return, they run to meet me.
I am far from being a perfect big sister (or younger sister), but they still love me, and that makes me love them even more!
I thank God that He has placed each of them in my life.
I am also thankful for my parents.
They have been together through thick and thin, through sickness and health.
They aren't perfect, none of us are, but they have strived to raise us to be godly men and women.
They have given advice, corrected, encouraged, pushed us further then we thought we could go, held us back when we needed to be held back, but most of all, they have tried to lead us in the path of righteousness.
I just want to take a minute to publicly say "Thank You" to my Daddy and Mommy, to my siblings, but most of all to my God!

"But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him."
Hebrews 11:6
